    • 4 Savoiardi
    • 2x Apples
    • 2 tsp Sugar
    • Juice of 1 Lemon
    • 0.5 tsp Cinnamon
    • 0.5 tsp Vanilla Paste
    • 300 ml Double Cream - whipped



    1. Place the apples into a pot and add cinnamon, vanilla paste, lemon juice and sugar. Strew until soft and remove from the heat.

    2. In a seperate bowl add the cream to the bowl and whip until stiff or until the desired consistency has been reached.

    3. Layer the Savoiardi pieces into a glass and take a spoonful of the apple mixure and layer ontop, then follow with cream and repeat the process until the jar is full.

    Serve and enjoy!
